Wow, you're the first person I've heard of who hasn't read the Emperor's New Clothes. That's a huge classic.

I cant get books out of the library!
I always buy books... cause I can never seem to turn in library books, and end up paying for them anyway. So I might as well get them new!
Plus I like new books. lol

I always end up returning my books late too . Dude, I loved the 80s!! I'm a huge Madonna fan, and love all of 80s music! Ah, memories of Vanilla Ice lol. Speaking of books, when I was in the first grade, everyones favorite book was: One fish two fish, red fish blue fish by Dr. Sues.

But that story is so short, you can probably just read it while you're at the library and not bother checking it out.

At the moment my little brother has had me reading "Oh, the Places You'll Go," by Dr. Suess. I've read it almost to memorization.
"Congratulations Today is your day You're off to great places You're off and away!
You have brains in your head You have feet in your shoes... um... And you can steer yourself Any direction you choose.
You something something... You know what you know And you're the one Who'll decide where to go.
You'll look up and down streets Look them over with care About some you will say "I do not choose to go there."
And you may not find any you'll want to go down In that case, of course You'll head straight out of town
It's opener there, in the wide open air."
After that, it gets fuzzy. Something about banner's flip flapping and riding high. I get the order screwed up. I'm tired too, so yeah. One day, I'll have the entire thing memorized, mark my words.

I was trying to memorize "'Twas the Night Before Christmas," but I only got about half of it to memory before I gave up. It's hard remembering all of Santa's characteristics! "His eyes how they twinkle, his dimples how merry, his something something, his nose like a cherry." Blah.
I just now realize how painful Hop on Pop is. That book is over 60 pages long! It takes forever to read, even if you've been literate for well over ten or twenty years, let alone for three months.
